About the Role
Salary: From £19.73 per hour (including holiday pay), increasing up to £39.73 per hour.
Location: Kidderminster (DY10) and Worcester (WR5).
Hours: Flexible. Term-time only.
Our tutors provide high quality 1:1 and small group tuition across a range of subjects, supporting students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
We take a holistic approach to education, recognising that building confidence wellbeing is just as important as academic achievement. Experience of the Thrive Approach is welcomed, although full support will be provided.

Pay Structure
- Base Rate: £19.73 per hour (including holiday pay).
- Group Sessions: Additional £5 per student

- A recognised teaching qualification.
- A passion for supporting students to achieve their potential.
- The ability to adapt teaching styles to meet individual needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible and positive approach to working within a dynamic educational environment.
- An understanding of the Thrive Approach, or a willingness to learn.
As part of our tutoring team, you will:- Deliver engaging 1:1 or small group tuition tailored to individual learning needs.
- Adapt lessons to suit different abilities, including students with SEND.
- Plan and deliver engaging learning activities with support from our team.
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to support student success.
- Record lesson notes and utilise our VLE to share learning resources.
