To provide teaching to students 1:1 or in small groups in a variety of subjects.
You will need a teaching qualification, the ability to learn different curriculums, and adapt your teaching to the needs of the students.

Pay Structure:
- Base rate: £19.73 per hour base rate (comprised of £17.61 + 12.07% holiday pay) up to £39.73 per hour for group sessions with an additional £5 per student in group sessions (up to 5 students).
- Maximum rate: £39.73

- Create engaging lesson plans and educational materials, tailored to students’ academic goals, with the support of our team.
- Utilise effective communication skills to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Adapt teaching strategies for students with SEND, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
- Track student progress and provide feedback on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support student development and success.
- Maintain student lesson notes and use our VLE to provide teaching resources for lessons.
